Cully's Yamaha is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our newsletters (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that's all. Cully's Yamaha uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Cully's Yamaha only last while you're browsing our website.

We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Cookies also allow us to give you a more personalised shopping experience by displaying products that interest you throughout our product pages, thus providing you with a more friendly, interesting and enjoyable shopping experience. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order.

Cullys Motorcycle Centre specifically reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services and any contract you have with the Companies in the event we learn or suspect you have disclosed your account or password information to an unauthorized third party.

Security Policy
When purchasing from Cully's Yamaha your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. Your credit card details are passed securely to the Paystream Payment Gateway for processing. No credit card details are stored by Cully's Yamaha.

Email Communications
You may unsubscribe from our marketing communications by clicking the “unsubscribe” link found in every commercial email we send, or (if you have an account with us) by logging into your account and changing your preferences, or by sending us a request to unsubscribe at info@cullysyamaha.com.au. If you opt-out of receiving marketing email communications, we may still send you email messages related to your account with us, including specific transactions or our services. Unsubscribing yourself from our marketing communications will not affect our service to you.

Text Messages and Alerts 
We may send you text messages regarding your account, your order, and/or to investigate or prevent fraud. We may send you texts using autodialed technology. You can opt of these by replying STOP.
