The Racing Absolute v2 is a professional-grade racing suit featuring the latest, lightest materials and technologies used by MotoGP and WorldSBK riders. Made with full kangaroo leather, including dual layers in high-abrasion areas like elbows, forearms, seat, hips, and back, it also includes Kevlar®-reinforced stretch inserts in the crotch, inner arms, and armpits for added durability. The bonded Kevlar® Grid enhances cut, tear, and abrasion resistance while reducing heat transfer during friction from a slide. The suit incorporates A-CS®Tech (Alpinestars Composite Stretch technology), replacing leather accordion panels in key areas like the side torso, shoulder blades, and upper knees. This technology increases breathability, comfort, and movement, while being 9% lighter than leather. A-CS®Tech also improves tear resistance by 248% over standard racing stretch fibers and 570% over leather. For further weight reduction and breathability, Matryx® material is used on the lower legs. Kevlar®-reinforced stretch panels in the inner arms, crotch, back of the legs, collar, and pectoral areas offer high elasticity and increased protection. The suit also features Schoeller®-Keprotec seam reinforcemenis at the elbows and knees, GP DFS external sliders on the shoulders, knees, and elbows, GP-R PRO CE Level 2 armor in the shoulders, elbows, forearms, and knees, and CE Level 1 Bioflex racing hip protectors. The Racing Absolute v2 is Alpinestars’ top-of-the-line MotoGP-level suit.
