Premier Braking offers a wide range of brake shoes designed as reliable OEM replacements. All brake shoes feature non-asbestos linings, ensuring compliance with modern health, safety, and environmental standards.

Brake shoes are manufactured using either high-pressure die-cast aluminium platforms or steel platforms commonly found on modern ATV drum brake systems, with bonded brake linings for dependable performance. Each shoe is radius ground, edge trimmed, and includes lead-in and lead-out chamfers at the lining ends for consistent braking operation.

Installation should be carried out according to the vehicle manufacturer’s guidelines by a qualified mechanic. To maintain braking performance, brake linings must be kept free from grease, oil, and brake fluid contamination at all times.
