• Shoei’s state-of-the-art wind tunnel at our Ibaraki Factory was the key to the NXR Helmet Design Process.
• Thanks to the countless hours spent in the wind tunnel and real world testing, the NXR sports a more compact and aerodynamic shell than its predecessors, and is the lightest full face sports helmet in the Shoei line.
• Optimal Shell Aerodynamics and Internal Liner design reduce unwanted wind and road noise
• Integrated spoiler reduces drag, lift and turbulence
• Multi-Ply Matrix AIM Shell construction.
• Combining fiberglass with organic fibers, the NXR proprietary AIM Shell is incredibly strong, extremely lightweight, and provides the optimal combination of strength and elasticity
• Industry-leading four shell sizes to ensure a custom fit for heads between the sizes of XS-XXL.
• Dual-Layer, Multi-Density EPS liner provides enhanced impact absorption by utilizing varying densities of foam in key areas around the riders head
• Designed to allow cool air to travel unrestricted through channels created in the EPS, further enhancing the NXR’s superior ventilation.
• Precision placement of multi-density EPS liner material yields a more compact, lightweight design.
• Wind Tunnel optimized adjustment provides the perfect balance between airflow and silence.
• Shoei Engineers equipped the NXR with a large, 3 position lower vent shutter for ease of use with gloves.
• 4 intake vents positioned for optimal air intake
• 6 exhaust vents take full advantage of negative pressure suction result in dramatically improved hot air extraction.
• All-new QR-E base plate system facilitates faster shield changes than ever before.
• Strengthened spring-loaded base plates pull the shield back against the dual-lip, dual-layered window beading to ensure a wind and water resistant seal.
• New five-stage rotating dial that allows fine-tuning the base plate’s position easily and accurately.
• Protects from 99% of the sun’s damaging UV rays
• Innovative new ribs on top and bottom edge improve rigidity and eliminate bending
• Comes equipped with Pinlock ® EVO fog-resistant system.
• NOTE – CWR-F visors from the Shoei X-Spirit III are interchangeable with the NXR with no adjustment needed, allowing the fitment of FLAT RACE VISORS (with tear-off posts).

• Fully removable, washable, adjustable and replaceable 3D Max-Dry System II interior.
• Glasses compatible liner with recessed slots for riders who wear eye-glasses/spectacles
• 3D center pad is three-dimensionally shaped to match the contours of a rider’s head, allowing for an extremely comfortable fit while maintaining the firm hold necessary for distraction-free, high-speed riding.
• 3D contoured cheek pads are available in multiple sizes for a customizable fit
• Max-Dry System II liner material absorbs and dissipates sweat and moisture twice as fast as traditional Nylon helmet interiors.
• D-Ring strap retention system with end clip
• Designed to be fully intercom prepared and compatible with all the top selling intercoms on the market.
• Removable ear sections make fitting intercoms a breeze – just pull out the removable earpiece and fit your intercom in the purpose built recess provided. Emergency Quick Release System (E.Q.R.S.)
